The Thai Cultural Exchange offers specialized online courses designed to support applications for Thailand’s Destination Thailand Visa (DTV). These include language, cooking, and cultural training courses that come with official documentation required for visa applications.

This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued, specifically for those enrolled under the Soft Power DTV Package.

📄 Refund Policy for DTV Visa Support Courses

🔒 Once Payment is Made & Documents Are Issued
No Refunds – As soon as payment is processed, the visa-supporting documents are automatically issued. At this point, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.

❌ Visa Rejection Due to Course Not Meeting Embassy Requirements
Refund Available (minus transaction fees) if:

• You submit the official embassy rejection notice
• The notice clearly states the course failed to meet embassy requirements
• Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the rejection

🚫 Visa Rejection for Other Reasons
No Refunds – if your visa is rejected for reasons unrelated to the course (e.g., missing personal documents, incorrect submissions, or other personal factors).
You will retain access to the learning materials regardless of the visa outcome.

📌 Your Responsibility as the Applicant
You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all Thai Government DTV visa requirements, including proper submission of personal documents to the embassy.
No refunds will be issued if your visa is denied due to documentation errors or personal ineligibility.

⚠️ Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider partial refunds in rare cases (e.g., serious illness, emergencies).
Such requests must be submitted in writing and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — approval is not guaranteed.

💬 How to Request a Refund

If you meet the conditions for a refund, please email info@thaiculturalexchange.co.th with the following:

• Your full name
• Reason for refund request
• If applicable, include the embassy’s official rejection notice with a clear explanation of the rejection reason

⏳ Timing:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the visa rejection or relevant issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and returned to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, etc.), minus transaction fees.

Transaction fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or bank charges) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
